Training Matrix
In Click, the Training Matrix is built-in and will automatically update as learners complete courses. Watch this short video guide to get started:
Features
Compliance Counts: Quick display for each course to see compliance percentage and activity count.
Full Reporting: Check all learners' progress and see when their next course is due, all in one place.
Enhanced Colour Coding:
- White - the learner has not completed the course but the due date is still some time away.
- Red - the learner has not completed a course and has passed the due date.
- Green - the learner has completed the course and is within the due date for any refresher period which has been set.
- Amber - the learner needs to complete the course and is close to the due date.
Filters: Refine your report by selecting individual or multiple
- Groups
- Learners
- Subjects
- Course status
Due date: Set when you want a course to show as amber.
Sort: Click the headings to sort by First Name, Last Name and Group.
Export to Excel: Preserves all colour formats and layout.
Employment Start Date: Add an Employment Start Date to help you track induction and refresher courses against this.
