The course has been duplicated

The course has been duplicated

If you have completed the course then it is likely that the duplicate is in fact the refresher course which you will need to complete in a years time. You can check this by seeing if one of the courses is signed off.

Another possibility is that the account was deleted and then added again.  This article explains more
