My learners have disappeared

My learners have disappeared

In most cases, your learners are still there.  Check to see if you have any filters set.  If you have searched for learners in a particular group or job role then only learners which match these filters will appear.

If you have reset your filters and the learners still don't appear then please check the following:
  1. Are you spelling their name correctly?  It might sound silly but this is often the case.
    If you search for  "Eddy" but the learner spells their name "Eddie" then Click will not display their profile. 
    Top Tip! Less is more.  Searching for "Edd" will find both spellings.

  2. Have any other managers deleted the learners profile.
  3. Did the learner use our old learning system.  Some profiles did not get upgraded to Click as they had not been used for a very long time. If this  is the case simply add the learner on to Click with a new profile.
