How do I deactivate learners?

How do I deactivate learners?

If you need to stop learners from signing in to their profile, but you don't want to delete their profile, then you need to deactivate them.

Go to the learners page and select the learners you would like deactivate by ticking the little white boxes next to their names.


*Inactive profiles are highlighted in pink

Once you have selected the learners, you can click on the Actions button and select "Make inactive".
