I need to delete someone
Before deleting or removing any profiles please ensure you have saved all evidence and certificates which you may need:
Consider making the profile inactive before deleting it.
When you are ready use the learner page to find the learner you would like to delete.
- Select the learner using the little white checkbox next to their name.
- This activates the actions button, which you can click on and select delete from the drop down.
In this example you can see we have selected two inactive profiles to delete. You can use the filters to help you find the profiles you want to remove.
