October 23 updates and plans

We are currently working on the following bug fixes and quality of life improvement:

Ready for release in next update
  • Session filter – bugfix to correct the filter for sessions title on the all sessions page. 
  • Option to move session from one topic to another. 
In development - planned release 2nd/3rd week October
  • Bulk session sign-off glitch – Minor update. 
  • Update learner count description text on the training matrix – Minor update. 
  • Update learner count in the training matrix export to match the matrix view – Minor update. 
  • Compliance percentage by group with separate counts for the sessions and eLearning – Major development. 
  • Sessions file upload issues where some pdf files will not upload – Minor update. 
  • Update the learner view to remove the next course widget as this is causing challenges with learners taking the wrong courses. – Minor update. 
  • Session’s view – improve learner interface to make files and links easier to view and use - Medium development. 
  • Learning plan import updates to address issues with the import failing where a learner details don’t match – Minor update. 
  • Update groups table to show group ID number and bugfix groups export for accounts with more than 3 levels in their organisation structure. – Minor update. 
  • Force learners to complete learning option. – Minor update. 
Additional strategic projects due to start development this month
  • Add a refresher period to sessions to automatically update the training matrix, this will remove the need to create additional sessions to track compliance for the next year. – Major development.  
  • SSO feature to allow customers to integrate with the main system they use for authentication eg Microsoft, Google or other HR systems. – Major development. 
  • Review and release the unlock assessment option which was removed from the system due to recent issues – Medium development. 
  • Code library updates – In addition to our ongoing checks for security and stability we are completing an annual review of our code base to ensure all automatic updates and patches have been applied and check system security and stability. – Major development.
